And only 6 km away is Elviria beach, supermarkets and bars.The house is a ground floor with private garden and consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living dining room with direct access to the glazed terrace and open kitchen.To the left of the entrance you will find the fully equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, etc. and adjacent to it there is a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.The living room is equipped with a chaise lounge sofa and TV. The dining room is equipped with a round dining table with 6 chairs.The covered terrace with glass and option to open in its large majority, has an outdoor table and a chill out area with two double outdoor sofas and coffee table, perfect for relaxing in the evening. The terrace has access to the private garden with sea views and two sunbeds where you can sunbathe in privacy.From the living room and the terrace you can enjoy panoramic sea views.The master bedroom is en suite, equipped with a king size bed. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, washbasin and toilet.
The second bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed and a second wardrobe. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.
The 2nd bathroom consists of a shower, washbasin and toilet.We provide bed linen and bath towels for all guests, so you only need to bring your personal items.The house is air-conditioned, so you can adjust the temperature for heating or air-conditioning.WIFI is also available throughout the property. For your safety, the property complies with all the legal regulations. It has a smoke detector, a fire extinguisher and a first-aid kit.A parking space is also included in the rent.In the urbanization there is a communal swimming pool (open 10:00-22:00 all year round, subject to availability) with sunbeds and umbrellas where you can sunbathe and take a nice dip.This is a perfect holiday home for families and friends!
